Return & Refund Policy
Damaged or Faulty Items We accept returns for items that arrive damaged or faulty. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days at info@kinshipskin.com with photos of the damage or fault. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
UK Statutory Rights (14-Day Cooling Off Period) If you are based in the United Kingdom, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@kinshipskin.com within 14 days of receipt. Please note that for hygiene reasons, skincare products that have been opened or used cannot be returned under this right. Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned at the customer's cost. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 10 business days.
European Union (14-Day Cooling Off Period) If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items We are unable to accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or opened/used skincare products (except in the case of damage or fault).
